Consumer dispute resolution
We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body and we are not willing to do so (Sec. 36(1) no. 1 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
The online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission was discontinued on 20 July 2025; Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. There is therefore no link to it here.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws (Sec. 7(1) DDG). Under Sec. 8 to 10 DDG we are, however, not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. On becoming aware of such an infringement we will remove the content immediately.
