An ordinary termination takes effect 30 days after it reaches us, unless you name a later date. An extraordinary termination for good cause takes effect at once.

After you press the button we confirm the content of your declaration, the date and time it reached us and the day the contract ends, immediately and in text form. You can also save the declaration as a file. This is how Sec. 312k of the German Civil Code is meant to work, and we do not ask for anything beyond it.
